    A  Paulownia guitar body is the base for this DogHair guitar finish. The very deep open grain of this wood is the perfect wood for this finish technique. White grain filler over a black nitrocellulose lacquer is a striking contrast on this DogHair guitar body.

   This finish will be very different on different species of wood. The grain pattern could be straight as in this guitar or swirls on other types of woods. The very straight heavy grain pattern is perfect for this custom guitar build.
