Les Paul Reed Smith

 CUSTOM BUILT GUITAR

    This spectacular guitar is custom built in the style of Les Paul Reed Smith. The flame top maple is very high contrast in color. The back is mahogany. A dark reddish brown tinted clear was applied to the mahogany.  Just a hint of burst highlights the center of the body. White binding was applied between the two woods for a final accent. 

   The neck was finished to match the body for a unified appearance. The progress pictures of this project from start to finish show the care that went into this build.

   Dave Cooke is a retired high end cabinet builder who applied those skills to a high end guitar builds. I am sure he will have many more in the future.
